Leave everything better than you found it -- be it a borrowed tool, a house, a company, a customer, or the planet.
Everything can be improved and I love figuring out where and how the biggest impacts can be made.
Research is one of the tools I use to do this, but I have a very heavy toolbox.

I have a 35+ year work history, 20+ of which were spent honing my research skills. I've tried-on many hats and worn numerous lenses -- I cannot help but see the world a little differently. Since our outlooks and skill sets are developed through our experiences, here's a glimpse into who I am:
